Orders are executed through the user’s chosen broker using official broker APIs. The “user” refers to the customer. Alfred Intelligence does not custody funds, does not replace broker relationships, and does not intermediate trades.

Alfred Intelligence is designed to separate intelligence, execution, and authority. This separation is intentional and foundational to the platform.
Overview
Alfred Intelligence delivers quantitative trade recommendations generated by proprietary algorithms. Execution occurs only through the user’s chosen broker and under the user’s control. The platform is built around Odin, the execution and connectivity layer that links intelligence to broker-native execution without centralizing credentials or authority.
1. Intelligence layer
Alfred Intelligence develops and operates quantitative models that analyze market data and generate trade recommendations.
These outputs may include:
- Instrument selection
- Directional bias
- Entry and exit conditions
- Risk parameters
The intelligence layer:
- Does not place trades
- Does not access broker accounts
- Does not hold execution authority
It produces recommendations, not actions.
2. Signal delivery
Trade recommendations are delivered securely to the user’s environment via Alfred Intelligence services.
Signals are:
- Authenticated
- Time-stamped
- Immutable once delivered
Users can review recommendations before any execution decision is made.
3. Odin execution runtime
Odin is the execution runtime that operates within a user-controlled environment.
Its role is to:
- Receive trade recommendations
- Apply user-defined rules and safeguards
- Interface with broker APIs for execution
Odin does not operate independently of user configuration or approval.
4. User confirmation and control
By default, all trade recommendations require explicit user confirmation before execution.
Users may configure:
- Manual confirmation workflows
- Rule-based execution conditions
- Risk limits and position constraints
There is no hidden automation or discretionary override.
5. Broker-native execution
Once approved, orders are sent directly to the user’s broker using official broker APIs.
Execution:
- Occurs within the broker’s infrastructure
- Is subject to broker controls and permissions
- Remains fully visible in the user’s broker account
Alfred Intelligence does not intermediate or alter broker execution logic.
6. Post-execution feedback
After execution:
- Confirmation data may be returned to Odin
- Execution status can be recorded for monitoring and analysis
- Users retain full visibility via their broker
Alfred Intelligence does not maintain custody of positions or funds.
7. Security and isolation
Each user operates within an isolated execution context:
- No pooled accounts
- No shared execution engines
- No cross-user order routing
Broker credentials remain local to the user’s environment and are never transmitted to Alfred Intelligence cloud services.
Design principles
The platform is guided by three non-negotiable principles:
- User authority — Execution authority always remains with the user.
- Broker independence — Users choose their broker; Alfred Intelligence adapts.
- Architectural separation — Intelligence, execution, and custody are never combined.
